14. Get buyer's specialist to help in evaluating the asking price of the homes you like.

16. Decide how much to offer for the home you want.
17. With the help of Robert, write an Offer to Purchase.
18. Upon acceptance, complete all mortgage loan application requirements.
19. Hire an inspector to examine your prospective home.
20. Accompany your inspector during the inspection.
21. Get agreement on repairs to be made by Seller.
22. Inspect repairs and handle other details prior to closing day.
23. Hand over a certified check to escrow and Robert will deliver your keys upon closing.
